This year’s theme, Building Blocks for Downtown Renaissance, dives into how place management organizations are reshaping our cities through stewardship, programming, arts, culture, and innovation. Expect insightful discussions on placemaking, retail reinvigoration, AI in urban management, and effective communication strategies – all crucial for downtown transformation.
